As a boutique agency, we provide hands-on, results-driven marketing strategies, with a strong focus on social media management, digital marketing, branding, and advertising. 

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly motivated, experienced, and creative Digital Marketing and social media manager to join our dynamic team and help drive the success of our clients across various social media platforms. As a key member of our team, you will play an integral role in developing and executing innovative social media strategies, creating engaging content, and growing our clients' online communities.

This role offers a unique opportunity to work with a range of clients, from small businesses to scaling enterprises, across various industries. You will be responsible for shaping and maintaining the online presence of multiple clients, leveraging social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Pinterest to achieve their marketing and branding goals.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in social media management, content creation, copywriting, and audience engagement. You should be proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Your creativity will be crucial in producing content that resonates with diverse audiences, and your ability to analyse data and trends will guide the optimization of strategies for maximum impact.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Social Media Strategy: Assist in developing and executing social media strategies and content pillars aligned with business goals.
  • Content Creation & Scheduling: Plan, create, and publish engaging social media content across multiple platforms.
  • Copywriting: Write compelling, on-brand captions and marketing copy tailored for different audiences and clients, leveraging AI-powered marketing tools.
  • Graphic Design: Design visually appealing graphics and videos using Canva, ensuring high-quality, on-brand content.
  • Community Engagement: Monitor and engage with audiences, respond to comments/messages, and foster online community growth.
  • AI Tools & Automation: Confidently use AI marketing tools to streamline workflows, enhance content creation, and improve efficiency.
  • Scheduling Tools: Experienced in using social media scheduling tools (We use Rella) to plan and manage multiple clients’ content.
  • Trend Research & Insights: Stay updated on social media trends, track performance metrics, and recommend improvements.
  • Data & Analytics: Analyse client performance data, identify key insights, and provide strategic recommendations for improvement.
  • Reports & Presentations: Assist in the collation of, campaign summaries, and client presentations.

  • Essential Skills & Qualities:
  • Fluent in English, with strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work autonomously.
  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, managing and growing multiple social media accounts.
  • Background in marketing, digital media, or communications is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest, and their respective Business Suites.
  • Expertise in content creation, copywriting, and storytelling, with the ability to craft engaging and on-brand content.
  • Proficiency in Canva to design high-quality graphics and video content.
  • Experience in the Australian NDIS sector or health industry is desirable but not essential.

  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and client accounts.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal (fluent in English).
  • Attention to detail and a keen eye for design aesthetics, brand consistency, and quality content.
  • Proactive and self-motivated, able to work independently while collaborating effectively with the team.
  • Creative and adaptable, staying ahead of social media trends and implementing fresh ideas.
  • Passionate about social media and digital marketing, with a drive to deliver results for clients.

  • Other skills & experience for role and tasks 

    Blog content creation / copywriting
    - Basic knowledge and experience of blog writing 
    - Using custom GPT and existing keyword research to write and refine, targeted blog content

    Set-up, Management & update Google My Business Profile 

    Competitive analysis & reporting
    - Utilize various tools to build competitor analysis and reports ie Meta Ads Library, TikTok Ad Library, LinkedIn Ad Library & Google ads transparency 
    - Monitor competitor activity across social media
    - Ability to input these into reports and presentations for clients

    Social Media Profile set up
    - Business profile for - Pinterest, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram 
    - Other social media platforms ie YouTube, Twitter (X) & TikTok, Reddit  

    Tracking, Tagging & analytics -  
    - Basic understanding of Google Analytics - GA4 
    - Implementation of UTM tags and  Google Tag Manager - Nice to have 
    - Experience working with digital data and analytics understanding of basis digital performance metrics 

    Presentation & reports 
    - Experienced in compiling report & presentation ie post-campaign reports, monthly social performance reports
     - In-putting data, graphs into presentation with key insights and recommendations 
    - Assisting with larger business presentations and reports 


    Tools, platforms & systems - digital marketing and social media requires an extensive list of tools & platforms knowledge. The candidate should have experience across a cross-suite of platforms and tools, outlined below, but not limited to:

    Social Media Management & scheduling tools 
    We use Rella, but examples across any social media management tool is transferable. other examples are - Planable, Zapier, Hootsuite, Metricool, Loomly etc 
     
    Google Tools
    - Google Workspace (formerly G Suite) 
    - Gmail, Google sheets, docs, Slides - we work predominantly in Google workspace 
    - Google Analytics (GA4)  
    - Google Business Profile (GMP) 
    - Google Tag Manager - Nice to have 

    Project Management tools 
    Experience with any Project management tool is excellent such as Click Up, Monday, Notion.
    We used Trello & Basecamp.

    Canva 
    - Strong understanding and experience using Canva for social media content creation - graphic design, reels, stories etc
    - Portfolio of social work inc social post, stories & reels 
    - Canva course and qualifications are desirable -  Nice to have


    Initially part-time (4 hours/day), with opportunity to move to full-time
