Role Name: Virtual Assistant / Project Manager - Fundraising Campaign Specialist

Join a dynamic fundraising consultancy where you'll play a crucial role in managing multiple high-impact outreach campaigns for innovative founders. As a Virtual Assistant/Project Manager, you'll orchestrate comprehensive email and LinkedIn outreach initiatives, sending thousands of communications daily while ensuring meticulous follow-up and coordination. This role offers the opportunity to work directly with founders, managing their fundraising journey from initial outreach through successful meetings, all while being part of a small, fast-moving team where your organization and proactivity will make a significant impact.
Responsibilities:
Manage multiple parallel fundraising outreach campaigns (currently 6 concurrent campaigns)
Execute and track email and LinkedIn outreach initiatives, handling thousands of daily communications
Coordinate and schedule meetings between founders and potential investors
Follow up with prospects and ensure meeting attendance
Track campaign progress in spreadsheets and maintain detailed records
Send pitch decks and materials to interested parties
Communicate updates and status reports via WhatsApp
Support founders throughout the fundraising process
Requirements:
Fluent English communication skills (written and verbal)
3-4 years experience in virtual assistance or similar role
Must be technologically savvy
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proactive work style and self-motivated
Proficiency with common business software and technology tools
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Clear communication skills for remote work
Comfort with using WhatsApp for business communication
