Job description

This is a remote position.

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support our CEO in managing daily operations and administrative tasks. In this role, you will be responsible for taking detailed notes during meetings, managing the CEO’s calendar, and assisting with various administrative functions. If you're proactive, have strong communication skills, and are comfortable working remotely, we’d love to hear from you!


Job Highlights:
  • Contract type: Independent Contractor
  • Schedule: 8:30am to 12:30pm or 12:30pm to 4:30pm UK; EA's choice 

 

Responsibilities: 
  • Take comprehensive notes during business calls and meetings
  • Email and inbox management
  • Upload and organize call notes into the company’s CRM system
  • Manage and maintain the CEO’s diary, scheduling appointments and meetings as needed
  • Assist with general administrative tasks to support the CEO’s daily operations
  • Communicate effectively on behalf of the CEO when required

Requirements
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and general office software
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Flexibility to align with the CEO’s time zone and schedule
  • Experience with Canva/ PowerPoint would be useful but not essential
