Job description

This is a remote position.

Scope

  • 36 hours per week

  • Schedule:

    • Saturday & Sunday: 12 PM - 8 PM or 12 PM - 9 PM EST (1-hour break from 4 PM - 5 PM)

    • Monday to Friday: 5 PM - 9 PM EST


Responsibilities

  • Perform bookkeeping tasks such as data entry, reconciliations, and financial reporting across multiple companies

  • Handle customer bookings, confirmations, and invoices, ensuring accurate and timely processing

  • Conduct reconciliations on Saturdays and Sundays

  • Provide administrative support, including answering calls, scheduling appointments, and managing digital paperwork

  • Assist with any other ad-hoc tasks as required



Requirements
  • Proven experience in bookkeeping and customer service

  • Strong proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office Suite

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
