The role
Assess and Implement security, configuration and transaction controls for SafePaaS’s Oracle ERP customers. Successfully complete key project milestones such as analyze needs, design controls using SafePaaS’s Controls Catalog ™, configure Responsibilities, update ERP configurations and train clients’ IT, Audit and functional staff. Additionally, responsible for reviewing and correcting errors in Oracle ERP configurations, profile options, security models, reports, and interfaces during or after ERP upgrades and new implementations.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage and perform Oracle ERP assessment and configurations duties as required by SafePaaS clients.
Analyze User Roles and Responsibilities by reviewing security configuration and profile options using SafePaaS ERP risk assessment tools.
Conduct meetings with client’s ERP administrators and business users to identify security, segregation of duty and data privacy risks
Utilize SafePaaS Access Risk Remediation tools and Oracle GRC Controls to reduce security, segregation of duty and data privacy risks in Oracle ERP Responsibility configuration.
Analyze Oracle ERP key configurations across DEV, TEST and PROD instances
Provide configuration control options to client IT and audit team by demonstrating deep understanding of Oracle ERP setup controls and best practices
Provide corrective actions to resolve configuration issues
Setup Rules at Controls to identify transactions outside the acceptable risk thresholds
Design ERP data and form level controls to prevent transaction errors and mitigate fraud risks
Follow project plan and complete tasks to follow the project plan
Contribute to a strong client relationship through interactions with client personnel
Understand engagement as it relates to client's business
Demonstrate and apply knowledge in areas of industry or functional specialty
Assume responsibility for client engagements. The responsibility will vary based on engagements
Perform knowledge transfer to both clients and the employees within the organization.
Contribute to engagement planning and ensuring that products/deliverables meet contract/work plan
Undertake all required administrative tasks to manage multiple projects.
Mentor staff consultants the in related area.
Deliver presentations to clients.
Assist in business development activities by aiding in the creation of proposals and performing needs analysis tasks.
Estimate time and cost required to accomplish a project.
Recognize and communicate opportunities to sell 'add-on' work to client
Contribute to a positive team attitude
Contribute to SafePaaS Insight research to maintain thought leadership in the Oracle ERP Risk Management area.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree required in Information Systems, Accounting or related field
Acquired a minimum of 10 years of Oracle ERP experience.
Ability to interact with client management to make recommendations and to deliver information reports.
Ability to perform quality review of client deliverables.
Ability to perform detailed fit/gap analyses
Excellent knowledge and understanding of ERP Application administration and maintenance
Possess excellent oral and written communication skills.
Professional certifications such as CA, CPA, CISSP, CCNA, CISM, CIA, CISA, or CFE preferred
Experience at audit or consulting firm preferred
Experience with facilitating working sessions and meetings is preferred
Understand clients' business process and controls testing approaches
Experience with business intelligence and analytics tools
