With tens of thousands of sessions delivered, deep partnerships with national health systems, and a model that drives better health outcomes and engagement, we’re not just growing — we’re changing the game.
We’re looking for a Director of Partnerships who brings real healthcare relationships, proven revenue-generating success, and the hustle to open up new go-to-market channels from day one. You’ll report directly to the CEO and play a foundational role in building and expanding the partnerships that power Total Life.
This is a major growth role — and we’re only looking for closers. You’ve sold into insurance, health systems, senior living, primary care networks, or government orgs. You understand how decisions get made. You’ve brought in deals, scaled revenue, and stayed close to the client long after signature.
What You’ll Do
• Generate business from day one — leveraging your existing network
• Identify, open, and own new GTM channels (insurance, ACOs, PCPs, senior living, etc.)
• Craft compelling pitches and partnership decks tailored to each vertical
• Navigate long sales cycles while keeping the pipeline warm and growing
• Collaborate with clinical, marketing, and product to bring deals to life
• Hit aggressive revenue and partner acquisition goals
• Represent Total Life at key industry events, conferences, and panels
• Be the expert voice on what’s working in the field and what we should pursue next
Who You Are
• 7–15+ years of partnerships, sales, or biz dev experience in healthcare
• Strong network in at least one of these sectors: insurance, Medicare Advantage, ACOs, health systems, PCPs, senior living, home care, or government healthcare
• Proven success generating millions in B2B/B2B2C partnerships
• A deep understanding of how healthcare partnerships are structured, sold, and scaled
• Excellent communicator — persuasive, polished, and clear
• Highly self-directed — you find opportunities, build a plan, and go
• Bonus: startup experience or experience selling behavioral health solutions
