About the Role

We’re looking for a Customer Success Specialist based in Taiwan who’s excited to help users succeed and take ownership in a global, fast-paced environment. You’ll join a passionate team, support users via chat and email, and ensure every customer gets maximum value from AdCreative.ai.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Deliver friendly, fast, and helpful support via chat and email

  • Troubleshoot user issues and guide them through features

  • Help customers get the best results and ROI with AdCreative.ai

  • Track and prioritize customer feedback to improve the product

  • Be the voice of the customer—collaborate with product and tech teams

  • Contribute to our help center and internal documentation

  • Join weekly team meetings, brainstorms, and knowledge sessions

What We're Looking For
