Requirements

  • Fluency in German (both spoken and written) is required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Previous experience in customer service or support roles, particularly in consumer electronics, is preferred.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
  • Passion for technology and knowledge of consumer electronics is an advantage.
