Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat in German.
  • Assist customers with inquiries regarding fitness and sports equipment, including product features, benefits, and availability.
  • Effectively resolve customer complaints and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Document customer interactions and feedback accurately in our systems.
  • Collaborate with sales and product teams to provide customers with up-to-date information and solutions.
  • Stay knowledgeable about the latest fitness trends and product offerings to effectively assist customers.

Requirements

  • Fluency in German (both spoken and written) is required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in customer service, preferably in the fitness or sports industry, is an advantage.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Knowledge of fitness and sports equipment is a plus.
  • Proficiency with digital tools and customer relationship management systems.
