Job Role: Paid Ads Manager

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday

Salary range: 1,500 - 2,500 AUD/month

Setup: Full-time, permanent remote job, Independent Contractor Agreement

Who The Client Is: The client is a creative agency that specialises in growth for eCommerce brands.

Role Overview: We are seeking a talented and experienced Paid Ads Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in e-commerce and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) advertising. This role involves managing paid ad campaigns with a focus on driving results for our eCommerce clients. While this position does not require direct client-facing responsibilities, you will be working closely with our internal team, to ensure campaigns align with overall business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and optimize paid ad campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) platforms for eCommerce businesses.
  • Collaborate effectively with the internal team to ensure seamless execution of strategies.
  • Continuously monitor and analyze ad performance to maximize return on ad spend (ROAS).
  • Provide insights and recommendations for campaign adjustments and improvements.
  • Prepare and deliver regular performance reports to internal stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, updates, and best practices in paid advertising and eCommerce.

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing paid ad campaigns for eCommerce brands, particularly on Meta platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and adjust campaigns accordingly.
  • High proficiency in English, both written and verbal, for clear communication and reporting.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment and contribute to overall success.
  • Strong attention to detail and proactive problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in optimizing campaigns to drive eCommerce sales and increase conversions.
  • Familiarity with other advertising platforms (Google Ads, TikTok, etc.) is a plus, but not required.
