Join Aprio's Finance team and you will help clients maximize their opportunities. Aprio is a progressive, fast-growing firm looking for an Expense Management Manager to join their dynamic team. 

As the Expense Management Manager at Aprio, you will ensure that all expenses, purchases and spend are aligned with the company’s internal policies and approval process. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and department leaders to address concerns, manage risks and to support continuous process improvement.

Position Responsibilities:
  • Overall in charge of the expense management team.  
  • Oversee the end-to-end process of expense management team from requisition to payment.
  • Ensures compliance with company’s internal policies related to procurement, travel and expense, and employee’s reimbursements. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and department leaders to address concerns and implement process improvements to streamline operations. 
  • Develop necessary policies and procedures related to expense management. 
  • Develop and maintain SLA’s in processing purchases, reimbursements and payables 
  • Review and approve purchasing card transactions in Bill Spend & Expense and communicate with cardholders to complete transaction coding. 
  • Support and provide guidance to payables, procurement and travel expense team. 
  • Work closely with the GL team for expense and procurement related tasks. 
  • Provide support to Director, Corporate Controller.

  • Qualifications:
  • Amenable to work night shift (8:00 PM to 5:00 AM PHT)
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting.  
  • At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in expense management, procurement and accounting in leadership role. 
  • Experience with large ERP systems is required. Workday system experience preferred. 
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and leadership skills 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
  • Proven process improvement mindset required 
  • Must have prior experience working in the Shared Services/BPO Industry or an accounting firm
