Requirements
5+ years of experience in technical recruitment, with a strong focus on software engineering roles
Proven track record of successfully placing software engineers in startups or high-growth tech companies
In-depth understanding of the software development industry, including current trends, technologies, and best practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with both technical candidates and company leadership effectively
Strong time management skills and ability to work independently in a remote, part-time capacity
Proficiency in using modern recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems, and social media for sourcing
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment
Passion for technology and genuine interest in contributing to a growing software company’s success
Experience with remote hiring practices and global talent acquisition is a plus
