Responsibilities

Build and maintain a comprehensive database of international school, football clubs & academies, netball clubs, basketball clubs and cricket clubs. contacts in Singapore and Malaysia
Conduct thorough research to identify key decision-makers within target customers
Compile and verify contact information, ensuring high accuracy and completeness
To avoid certain potential customers with whom we have existing relationships.
Develop targeted email lists for marketing campaigns
To make contact with potential customers to gauge interest and forward leads to us
Assist in crafting personalized email content to introduce the company’s sportswear offerings and online teamwear sales portal
Perform follow-up calls to verify lead information
Expand the database to include potential customers in emerging markets such as Hong Kong
Implement regular database cleaning and updating processes
