Job description

This is a remote position.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, starting between 1 PM and 2 PM (HK Timezone)

Total Weekly Hours: 10 hours (2 hours per day)

With a strong presence in North America, Europe, and Australia, this digital-first company leverages e-commerce and influencer marketing for a seamless shopping experience. As an E-commerce Assistant, you'll help manage influencer partnerships, support customers, and drive digital growth. This remote role offers valuable experience in international e-commerce with an innovative team.


Responsibilities
  • Drive influencer marketing initiatives across multiple international markets.

  • Build and nurture relationships with brand partners and social media influencers.

  • Provide exceptional customer support across various communication channels.

  • Process and manage customer refunds and exchanges efficiently.

  • Monitor customer feedback to maintain high satisfaction levels.

  • Contribute to the brand’s digital growth strategies.

  • Ensure timely resolution of customer inquiries and concerns.



Requirements
  • Experience with social media platforms and influencer marketing tools.

  • Proficiency in customer support software and CRM systems.

  • Working knowledge of e-commerce platforms and order management systems.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

  • Ability to solve problems and handle customer service challenges effectively.

  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.

  • Reliable high-speed internet connection.

  • Availability: Monday through Friday, 2 hours per day, starting between 1–2 PM (HK Timezone).

  • Comfortable working with international clients across multiple time zones.

  • Previous experience in fashion or retail e-commerce preferred.

  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
