As an E-commerce Assistant, you'll help manage influencer partnerships, support customers, and drive digital growth. This remote role offers valuable experience in international e-commerce with an innovative team.
Drive influencer marketing initiatives across multiple international markets.
Build and nurture relationships with brand partners and social media influencers.
Provide exceptional customer support across various communication channels.
Process and manage customer refunds and exchanges efficiently.
Monitor customer feedback to maintain high satisfaction levels.
Contribute to the brand’s digital growth strategies.
Ensure timely resolution of customer inquiries and concerns.
Experience with social media platforms and influencer marketing tools.
Proficiency in customer support software and CRM systems.
Working knowledge of e-commerce platforms and order management systems.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Ability to solve problems and handle customer service challenges effectively.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Reliable high-speed internet connection.
Availability: Monday through Friday, 2 hours per day, starting between 1–2 PM (HK Timezone).
Comfortable working with international clients across multiple time zones.
Previous experience in fashion or retail e-commerce preferred.
Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
