About the Role

You will develop the organization's strategic plans to ensure its continued successful growth and profitability. You will lead projects with notable risk and complexity; developing the strategy for project execution.

Responsibilities:

  • Leading the strategic planning and corporate development function

  • Developing and executing the organization's strategic plans

  • Identifying, investigating, evaluating, and negotiating acquisitions divestitures, licensing opportunities, and strategic business alliances

  • Managing a small team of professional Associates or Supervisors of Business Support Operation roles

  • Setting employee objectives, conducting performance reviews, and making pay recommendations

  • Adapting plans and setting priorities to meet service and operational challenges

Requirements:

  • Have in-depth conceptual and practical knowledge in own areas and knowledge of other areas

  • Understand how your role impacts objectives and industry best practices

  • Be able to set employee performance objectives, conduct performance reviews, and recommend pay actions

  • Be able to analyze information to resolve moderately complex business problems efficiently

  • Be able to establish team standards and enforce procedures based on own discipline expertise

  • Be skilled in guiding, influencing, and persuading internal external stakeholders with excellent interpersonal skills

  • Be able to manage a generally homogeneous team
