We are currently searching for a ServiceNow Admin:

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and modify the ServiceNow Service Portal to enhance user experience and functionality.
  • Analyze existing ServiceNow configurations and provide recommendations for optimization and best practice implementation.
  • Implement ServiceNow best practices in alignment with OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) guidelines.
  • Administer and maintain the ServiceNow platform, ensuring its stability and performance.
  • Configure and customize ServiceNow applications and modules to meet business requirements.
  • Develop and maintain ServiceNow workflows, forms, and business rules.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into ServiceNow solutions.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for ServiceNow issues. 
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow releases and features.


Requirements:

  • 4+ years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Administrator.
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist - IT Service Management (CIS-ITSM) certification.
  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification.
  • Proven experience in designing and modifying the ServiceNow Service Portal.
  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow best practices and OEM guidelines.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.


Languages

  • Advanced Oral English.
  • Native Spanish.
