About the AMD - HP Mid-Market Field Account Specialist:
MarketStar currently has an opportunity available for a Mid-Market Field Account Specialist role supporting our new AMD-HP Alliance team. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in expanding AMD's reach within the mid-market segment. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers for these accounts, driving sales of AMD products and solutions. This role involves co-selling with partners, meeting with customers, and positioning AMD products effectively.
Location: US - Remote
What Will You Do?
Develop and execute strategic sales plans focused on mid-market enterprise partners.
Build strong, long-term relationships with key contacts at enterprise partners and new customers, acting as a trusted advisor on AMD products.
Present and negotiate deals, driving sales of AMD products within the mid-market segment.
Collaborate with AMD Inside Sales Representatives, AMD Channel Account Managers, and AMD website leads to ensure a seamless sales experience for mid-market partners.
Identify and qualify leads generated through various sources, including mid-market events and online channels.
Attend industry events and conferences focused on the mid-market segment.
Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of AMD products, features, and competitive landscape.
Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sales, partner relationships, and lead generation.
Work with partners to drive sales, meet with customers, and position AMD products effectively.
What Will You Need to Succeed?
Experience in B2B sales, preferably within the technology industry.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Strong understanding of the mid-market sales landscape and technology industry dynamics.
Ability to build relationships with partners and co-sell effectively.
Deep knowledge of AMD products and their competitive advantages.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to track and report on KPIs.
Ability to travel up to 40%

The salary range for this position is between $80,000.00 and $85,000.00 annually. This pay structure may also include a variable bonus component of $20,000.00 annually. There are several factors to consider including but not limited to, the role’s responsibilities, experience, location, education/training, internal equity, and key skills.
