What We’re Looking For

Our client, a digital marketing agency specializing in strategy, paid media, influencer marketing, affiliate programs, data analysis, SEO, and CRO, is seeking a Marketing Data Entry to support performance tracking and reporting. This role is essential for maintaining accurate campaign data and ensuring marketing teams have the insights needed to optimize performance.

Responsibilities

  • Update daily performance trackers in Google Sheets across multiple clients to monitor campaign progress.
  • Pull and organize data from ad platforms, including Meta and Google Ads, for reporting and analysis.
  • Utilize Supermetrics to automate data collection and streamline reporting processes.
  • Create and maintain basic performance tables in Excel, Google Sheets, and Google Slides.
  • Support the marketing team with structured data insights to help guide strategic decisions.

Requirements

  • Experience working with ad platforms like Meta and Google Ads to extract and analyze data.
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets, Excel, and reporting tools such as Supermetrics.
  • Familiarity with Looker, Metabase, GA4, or similar business intelligence platforms.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to organize large datasets effectively.
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing performance metrics and reporting.

Nice to have

  • Ability to perform one-off data analyses, such as segmenting performance by campaign using pivot tables.
  • Experience building basic dashboards in Looker using existing data sources.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify trends and insights from raw data.
