Job description

This is a remote position.

Title: Product Owner

Location: 100% Remote

Contract: 12 months (ability to extend)

 

Responsibilities
• Act as the single source of truth and primary point of contact for the technical team and customer team for user story details, ensuring alignment with the product vision
• Own the problem including developing1, communicating and achieving product vision & goal
• Ensure the product vision is well defined and aligns with the Product Category vision
• Define and track OKRs tied to the team's product and corporate strategic plan•Develop, refine, prioritize product backlog to meet the definition of ready
• Define and provide transparency into product roadmaps and release plans
• Support Agile team execution by aligning team efforts with program-level activities and driving continuous improvement in team processes and outcomes
• Align work with other product managers. and manage dependencies
• Mediate and translating between delivery teams and end users
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and events. including team Demos and Retrospectives, and lead System Demos to present solution increments
•    Collaborate with stakeholders on go-to market approaches (personal development, analysis, etc.)
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to define product solutions and bring into backlog to drive business value
•   Arbitrate conflicting requirements between key business stakeholders
• Manage change to the product, assessing impacts to value. releases, budget and schedules from evolving scope
• Maintain a deep understanding of the business processes, technology processes, and software development lifecycle that support the team's products
