Job description

This is a remote position.

Job Type: 20 hours per week, flexible hours

Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Paid Ads Specialist to manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram). The ideal candidate has a strong background in PPC advertising, data analysis, and campaign optimization, ensuring the best return on ad spend (ROAS) for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube).

  • Set up and manage Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram).

  • Implement campaign instructions provided, including targeting, ad creatives, and budget allocation.

  • Monitor ad performance, analyze data, and provide recommendations for improvement.

  • Collaborate with internal team members to ensure campaign goals align with broader marketing objectives.

  • Stay updated with changes in ad platform features, policies, and best practices.

  • Install tracking pixels on company websites.

  • Import and manage product feeds for Meta Ads.

  • Set up Meta and Google Ads backend accounts and assist clients in setting up their accounts if they do not exist.

  • Utilize Google Analytics to pull and analyze data for multiple clients.

  • Conduct keyword research using Google tools and SEMrush.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.

  • Strong knowledge of ad platform features, targeting options, and bidding strategies.

  • Familiarity with Google Analytics and data interpretation.

  • Experience with product feed imports and tracking pixel installation.

  • Proficiency in keyword research using Google tools and SEMrush.

  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and optimize campaigns accordingly.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
