Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and professional Personal Virtual Assistant to provide crucial support to a senior executive managing multiple high-profile ventures. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain exposure to international business development, premium spirits manufacturing, and high-level networking while developing your skills in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. You’ll be the executive’s right hand, ensuring seamless operations across various projects including international conferences, investor relations, and brand development initiatives. This position begins as part-time with strong potential to grow into a full-time role as our ventures expand.

Responsibilities
  • Expertly manage a complex executive calendar, coordinating meetings with high-profile contacts and ensuring efficient time management
  • Serve as the professional point of contact for communication with business leaders, investors, and diplomatic connections
  • Maintain comprehensive task lists and ensure all deadlines are met across multiple business ventures
  • Draft and proofread professional correspondence that appropriately represents the executive to high-level contacts
  • Assist with basic social media content posting and management
  • Help coordinate logistics for international business conferences and networking events
  • Adapt quickly to changing priorities and demonstrate initiative in anticipating needs
  • Provide administrative support for upcoming product launches and business development initiatives


Requirements
  • 4-5 years of experience in executive assistance or similar roles demonstrating exceptional organizational abilities
  • Outstanding written and verbal English communication skills with a professional, polished demeanor
  • Proven ability to interact confidently and appropriately with high-net-worth individuals and business leaders
  • Self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently and proactively without constant supervision
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize effectively across multiple projects
  • Comfort with basic social media platforms and standard office software
