Responsibilities
  • Spearhead inventory management by monitoring and analyzing sophisticated third-party logistics (3PL) dashboards, ensuring optimal stock levels across multiple regions

  • Act as the data integrity champion, meticulously verifying and reconciling inventory information between internal systems and 3PL platforms

  • Serve as the early warning system for supply chain disruptions, swiftly identifying and communicating errors or discrepancies to relevant stakeholders

  • Foster seamless communication between sales, purchasing, and accounting teams, providing timely and accurate logistics updates

  • Create comprehensive daily reports on inventory levels, order statuses, and shipping information, empowering data-driven decision-making across the organization

  • Ensure strict compliance with diverse regional trading regulations and shipping requirements, safeguarding the company's international operations

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with warehouses and transportation providers across Europe and APAC, driving operational excellence

  • Continuously innovate and optimize logistics processes, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce costs in our global supply chain

Requirements

  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the broader Microsoft Office suite, with the ability to manipulate and analyze complex datasets

  • Sharp analytical mind with meticulous attention to detail, capable of spotting trends and anomalies in large volumes of logistics data

  • Hands-on experience with inventory management systems or 3PL dashboards, with a track record of leveraging these tools to drive operational improvements

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to convey complex logistics concepts clearly to diverse audiences

  • Proven background in customer service or order management within a B2B environment, with a deep understanding of client needs and expectations

  • Comprehensive knowledge of B2B commerce and logistics operations, including familiarity with purchase orders, sales orders, and inventory reconciliation processes

  • Self-starter with excellent time management skills, capable of working independently across different time zones and adapting to a flexible schedule

  • Strong familiarity with international shipping regulations, particularly those pertaining to Europe and APAC regions

  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to changing business needs and priorities
