Spearhead inventory management by monitoring and analyzing sophisticated third-party logistics (3PL) dashboards, ensuring optimal stock levels across multiple regions
Act as the data integrity champion, meticulously verifying and reconciling inventory information between internal systems and 3PL platforms
Serve as the early warning system for supply chain disruptions, swiftly identifying and communicating errors or discrepancies to relevant stakeholders
Foster seamless communication between sales, purchasing, and accounting teams, providing timely and accurate logistics updates
Create comprehensive daily reports on inventory levels, order statuses, and shipping information, empowering data-driven decision-making across the organization
Ensure strict compliance with diverse regional trading regulations and shipping requirements, safeguarding the company's international operations
Build and maintain strong relationships with warehouses and transportation providers across Europe and APAC, driving operational excellence
Continuously innovate and optimize logistics processes, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce costs in our global supply chain
Requirements
Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the broader Microsoft Office suite, with the ability to manipulate and analyze complex datasets
Sharp analytical mind with meticulous attention to detail, capable of spotting trends and anomalies in large volumes of logistics data
Hands-on experience with inventory management systems or 3PL dashboards, with a track record of leveraging these tools to drive operational improvements
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to convey complex logistics concepts clearly to diverse audiences
Proven background in customer service or order management within a B2B environment, with a deep understanding of client needs and expectations
Comprehensive knowledge of B2B commerce and logistics operations, including familiarity with purchase orders, sales orders, and inventory reconciliation processes
Self-starter with excellent time management skills, capable of working independently across different time zones and adapting to a flexible schedule
Strong familiarity with international shipping regulations, particularly those pertaining to Europe and APAC regions
Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to changing business needs and priorities
