We are looking for a Content & Community Creator to join our groundbreaking dating app that embraces a sex-positive approach and places a strong emphasis on the safety and comfort of our women users.

Your main tasks will be:

  • Own and run the in-app content channel: from planning to publishing
  • Write everything from juicy posts to snappy push notifications and emails
  • Be the voice of the app — talk to our users, reply, connect, and listen
  • Come up with ideas to repurpose content for socials, emails, push, etc.
  • Track what works and tweak content strategy along the way

        We expect from you:

        You can create content that feels human, fun, and on-brand (not just “good grammar”)

        • Experience writing microcopy — push notifications, emails, app texts, headlines that pop
        • Ability to plan and manage content — from weekly calendars to one-off campaigns
        • Experience engaging with communities — writing replies, asking the right questions, turning insights into content
        • Comfortable working with content metrics — open rates, CTR, read-throughs, engagement stats
        • Understanding how to repurpose content for different platforms — socials, in-app, email, etc.
        • Good grasp of brand tone — can switch between playful, warm, bold, or clear when needed
