A Sales Account Manager at Esko is an exciting role, where you will be working with a full range of products in the Label, Pack, Pre-media and Tradeshop environment. You will guide your customers from their current state to the future of automation, as well as maintain and expand the quality of relationships between customers and Esko to increase maintenance contracts. Establish a transparent cooperation with existing and potential new partners who are reselling our solutions and services in the respective market.

This position is part of the Core Software Sales Organization in EMEA NorthWest, based in France (Large South-West sector, covering half the country), and will need you to be based where you can access good transport links

In this role, a typical day includes:
  • Plan - Prepare comprehensive territory plans, visit both new and existing customers to develop account strategies and discover new sales opportunities. Develop sales & market strategies for assigned prepress Software solutions and services.

  • Evaluate – Listen and understand our customer’s needs and requirements while pairing them with the best solutions. Consistently update and maintain all opportunities in Salesforce.

  • Deliver - Skillfully executing each phase of the sales process from pipeline generation to closing the deal. Through consultative value selling, design customer-centric solutions and build commercial proposals. Deliver sales activity to meet or exceed sales & margin targets.

  • Manage Customer Relationship - Strong organization to ensure account management and the follow-up of sales opportunities. Demonstrate customer growth in addition to new business.

  • Build Internal Relationship - Partner with ESKO’s internal marketing team to capitalize on business opportunities. Collaborate across all internal teams to ensure we provide the best solution to our customers.

The job's essential requirements include:
  • B2B solutions sales experience, SaaS sales or Prepress for label and/or packaging industry experience (flexible packaging or label printing)

  • Ability to speak French and English

  • Travel – ability to travel up to 60%. This role being based in France (Large South-West sector, covering half the country), you will need to be based where you can access good transport links
