Your mission
With a customer- and product-centric mindset, you will own a book of business within SoSafe’s customer base and ensure their success with SoSafe’s product suite. You will be accountable for building relationships and delivering customer value to ensure retention and drive growth.
Your duties in our Customer Success team will include:
Advising customers on cybersecurity awareness measures
Handling security awareness campaigns with SoSafe’s customers and highlighting ROI
Conceiving and completing business reviews
Handling commercial negotiations (including renewals and upsells)
Proactively assisting customers in achieving their goals
Contributing feedback to our product development team as the voice of the customer
Leveraging relationships to identify key reference and case study candidates
Your profile
You are customer-centric
2+ years of practical experience as a Customer Success Manager or in another customer-facing, quota-carrying role
Excellent written and verbal communication in Spanish, Italian and English
You have a strong aptitude to discuss commercial details with customers (renewals and upsells)
You can oversee multiple internal and external stakeholders across a variety of customers and projects
Experience in a SaaS environment, and eager to continue learning about evolving technology
You are a team player and want to be part of a team that learns from one another
