Job description

The Lead Generation & Appointment Setter plays a key role in prospecting potential clients, initiating contact through calls, emails, and text messages, and scheduling appointments for the sales team. This position also involves follow-ups, maintaining a CRM system, and assisting with sales-related administrative tasks to ensure a smooth and efficient sales process.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and cultivate potential leads, including homeowners, property managers, and businesses needing roofing and restoration services.

• Conduct outbound calls, emails, and text campaigns to qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.

• Manage and update the CRM system, ensuring accurate tracking of leads, follow-ups, and appointments.

• Confirm and reschedule appointments as needed to maximize efficiency.

• Follow up with leads to nurture relationships and improve conversion rates.

• Assist with sales administration tasks, such as sending estimates, processing paperwork, and maintaining lead databases.

• Research local businesses and industries to create targeted prospect lists.

• Provide insights to improve lead generation and appointment-setting strategies.

Requirements

• Proven experience in lead generation, appointment setting, telemarketing, or inside sales. (At least 1 year)

• Background in roofing, home improvement, construction, or restoration services.

• Experience in high-touch industries such as insurance, real estate, property management, or mitigation companies.

• Basic understanding of property insurance and related industries.

• Knowledge of construction materials and commercial roofing systems. (Could be trained)

• Ability to use online research tools (such as Google) to find businesses, create lead lists, and run email or text campaigns.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls and managing multiple communication channels.

• Experience with CRM systems and sales automation tools is a plus.

• Highly organized with strong follow-up and time management skills.

• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets in a remote environment.
