What You’ll Do
As a Sales Development Executive, you will:
Own and drive the sales process, from prospecting to closing deals with enterprise clients.
Build strong relationships with senior leaders in large organizations across the Nordics and Europe.
Understand client needs and position SprintlyWorks’ solutions effectively.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
Meet and exceed revenue targets while maintaining high client satisfaction.
What We’re Looking For
3-5 years of experience in B2B sales, consulting, or account management (preferably in professional services or SaaS).
Strong track record of closing high-value enterprise deals.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Self-motivated, strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset.
Education: Should have a bachelor’s degree in business.
