This job for a Us based startup in the travel-tech industry.
Responsibilities
• Assist with strategic company initiatives to prioritize and optimize operations and
workflow
• Communications (email, call, etc)
o read, research, and route correspondence
o draft letters and documents
o collect and analyse information
o initiate calls
o take minutes during meetings
o create airtable records
o assist with development of external facing content (i.e., webinars, newsletters, emails, website content)
• Light accounting for miscellaneous projects
• Customer/partner support (bus companies, event partners)
• Research opportunities - business development, etc.
• Personal administrative tasks
o Maintain appointment schedules and calendar
▪ Assisting with important deadlines and making Co-founder aware of what’s coming down the pipe
o Legal filings
• Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
Requirements
• Excellent MS Office knowledge
• Outstanding organizational and time management skills
• Familiarity with office gadgets and applications (e.g., e-calendars and copy machines)
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Discretion and confidentiality
