Job description

This is a remote position.

Working Schedule:

Full time: 40 hours/week.

Flexible on what daily schedule looks like.

Ideal is 12pm-8pm PST.

Roles & Responsibilities:

As an in-house 3D Animator / Motion Graphics Artist, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and animating eye-catching, brand-driven visual content for all digital signage within the venue. Your work will enhance the guest experience and deliver promotional messaging that’s immersive, dynamic, and aligned with our visual identity.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and animate 3D and motion graphics for digital screen formats throughout the venue, including:

Exterior marquees (standalone and building-mounted)

Interior base screens rotating guest messaging

Column and ticker screens (stadium-style displays)

Cosmic Lounge digital displays

Collaborate with the marketing team to bring campaign concepts and brand activations to life
Develop promotional messages, event-specific creative, and branded animations aligned with the company's voice
Ensure seamless loopable animations in various aspect ratios (9:16, 16:9, 1:1, etc.)
Render high-resolution animations optimized for LED walls and custom-format displays
Manage and organize project files and assets efficiently
Maintain visual clarity, rhythm, and animation polish across all deliverables
Work cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and events teams to meet production deadlines

Requirements

Technical Expertise:

Proficiency in 3D software (Cinema 4D, Blender, or Maya)
Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite, especially After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator
Experience working with large-format digital screens, LED walls, or arena/stadium displays
Ability to handle and optimize large file sizes using professional-grade hardware
Deep understanding of motion design principles and animation aesthetics

Soft Skills:

Creative and detail-oriented with a strong sense of motion and brand design
Ability to juggle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
Strong collaboration and communication skills
Experience in fast-paced, entertainment, or startup environments
Bonus: experience with AR/VR, VFX, or interactive media

Experience:

3+ years in motion graphics and 3D animation
Portfolio of work across various screen formats and platforms, especially in entertainment, sports, or hospitality
