Location: FUlly Remote
UK Working Hours: 9am - 5pm UK

They are now looking for a skilled Salesforce Administrator to join their team and enhance the way Salesforce is utilized within the company.


Job Description:
Our client is looking for a Salesforce Administrator to join their growing team. This role requires an expert in Salesforce administration with the ability to support and optimize Salesforce environments across the organization. The successful candidate will be passionate about business improvement, developing new workflows, and enabling integrations to improve operational efficiency and user adoption.

Key responsibilities will include business planning to streamline operations, career development and training for users, ensuring compliance and best practices within Salesforce, and assisting with internal recruitment initiatives. The Salesforce Administrator will also work closely with the Senior Management Team and IT partners to ensure that Salesforce continues to meet business needs and remains an effective tool for growth.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Business Plan: Implement solutions that support business growth, such as new sector development or office expansion. Identify opportunities for efficiency improvements within Salesforce, such as streamlining workflows and integrating core systems.
  • Career Development & Training: Stay updated with the latest in Salesforce, attending relevant seminars, webinars, and product demonstrations. Deliver training to employees, ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new starters and enhancing team knowledge.
  • KPIs, Compliance & Best Practice: Ensure Salesforce is compliant with relevant legislation (financial, data protection, etc.) and that employee access is appropriate. Manage Support Cases within agreed timeframes and produce reports and dashboards to track business performance.
  • Internal Recruitment: Collaborate with the recruitment team to identify potential interns and apprentices, and support them throughout their apprenticeship, while thinking about future talent to refer to the business.
  • Market Knowledge, Business Development Initiatives & Marketing: Understand the recruitment market and identify opportunities for business development through Salesforce. Support marketing initiatives through integrated IT solutions and provide reporting on marketing activities.
  • Account Management & Dispute Resolution: Maintain strong relationships with external IT suppliers like Bullhorn for Salesforce and FinancialForce, ensuring support is in place when needed. Escalate issues to the Global Operations Director if necessary.
  • Terms of Business & Internal Cost Management: Use Salesforce to provide timely solutions for Terms of Business, ensuring documents are delivered, signed, and stored correctly. Review new apps and IT solutions according to the annual budget.




Requirements


  • Experience with Salesforce: Strong knowledge of Salesforce from both a system administrator and end-user perspective.
  • Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong organizational skills.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present information to individuals, small groups, and large audiences.
  • Technical Proficiency: A good understanding of the broader IT environment and an interest in emerging technologies.
  • Teamwork & Leadership: Ability to work effectively as part of a team, but also take initiative when required.
