The Company…

Doctor Damp is a specialist sub-floor ventilation company that diagnoses, treats and eliminates damp issues to protect buildings while promoting health and comfort to their customers. They design, supply and install: sub-floor and underfloor ventilation systems for rising damp, ducted exhaust fans for bathrooms, clothes dryer exhaust vents for laundries, using ventilation and dehumidification solutions for wardrobes, natural home cooling systems, underfloor insulation to block damp air and odours as well as professional mould cleaning and removal services.


Due to the company’s high demand for their products and services in this current market, they are seeking to employ an additional Business Development Manager that is highly motivated, energetic and results-focused; to represent and generate sales on an ongoing basis.

 
About the Position…

In this position, there will be full training and support provided to effectively learn the company products and services to ensure your success. Primarily the position involves;

  • Building new business and leveraging from an internal database of existing customers.
  • Providing solutions based on treating and eliminating damp issues (Full training provided) to protect buildings, while promoting health and comfort to customers.
  • Work from home and generate revenue by identifying sales opportunities, calling on existing and potential sales outlets, building rapport and closing the sale.


Having previous experience in establishing and maintaining business relationships, along with the ability to easily learn the company products base and close the sale, will effectively ensure on-target commission earning of between $80,000-$100,000 per annum.

 
The Ideal Candidate…

The ideal candidate will be highly motivated and self-driven, with the ability to effectively communicate and be actively focused and comfortable with generating revenue by;

  • Making phones calls and following up on sales leads.
  • Maintaining a CRM database and entering customer leads and orders.
  • Providing email correspondence to new and existing clients. You will also need the ability to work. 
     

About the Benefits…

The company is offering a part-time (20-hour) working week, with flexible work from home arrangements and full training and support on products. They offer a generous commission structure with high-close rates on their products and services, which can see you earn up to $100,000 per annum.
