This role offers you the opportunity to influence the success of multiple Scrum teams that drive the development of high-impact software products for one of our core business lines. You'll play a pivotal role in enhancing processes, guiding talented teams, and ensuring timely delivery of solutions that make a difference.

What You’ll Do:

As our Senior Scrum Master, you’ll:

  • Facilitate essential Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Identify and resolve impediments, ensuring smooth progress for your teams.
  • Partner with the VP of Process and Technology Engineering to refine and optimize software development methodologies.
  • Mentor Product Owners, Developers, QA, UX Designers, and stakeholders to embrace Agile principles.
  • Track KPIs and help deliver high-quality, on-time software products.
  • Drive collaboration across teams and manage dependencies for seamless project execution.
  • Communicate updates, risks, and successes to stakeholders, including C-suite executives.
What You’ll Bring to the Table:
  • Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master I (PSM), with certifications obtained at least two years ago.
  • Preferred certifications: PSM II/III, A-CSM, or CSP-SM.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in Software Development, with at least 4 years as a Scrum Master.
  • Proficiency in tools like Jira and Confluence, coupled with excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Experience managing 2+ Scrum teams simultaneously in large-scale environments.
  • A proven track record of results-driven delivery in Agile software development.

The annual salary for this role is currently $110,000.00-$140,000.00. The Company’s salary ranges are determined by role, level, location and alignment with market data. Individual pay is determined through interviews and an assessment of various factors, including job-related skills, relevant education and experience, abilities of the applicant and equity with other team members.  The salary range listed here is subject to change at any time, at the Company’s discretion, and does not alter in any way the at-will nature of the employment relationship.
