This is a remote position.

Job Highlights:

Contract: Independent Contractor
Schedule: 35 hours per week (flexible hours during client work hours)

Responsibilities
Podcast Production & Editing

Edit and enhance audio for clarity, consistency, and quality.
Add intro/outro music, transitions, and advertisements (if applicable).
Ensure episodes are formatted correctly and free of technical issues.

Publishing & Distribution

Upload and schedule episodes on podcast platforms (Spotify, Apple Podcasts, etc.).
Write compelling episode titles, descriptions, and show notes.
Manage transcripts for accessibility and SEO.

Marketing & Growth

Develop promotional content (audiograms, social media posts, short clips).
Manage social media and engagement to grow our listener base.
Repurpose podcast content into blog posts, newsletters, and social media snippets.
Analyze performance metrics and implement growth strategies.

Guest & Community Management

Coordinate guest interviews, scheduling, and follow-ups.
Engage with the listener community through comments, emails, and social media.

Requirements

Experience in podcast production, editing, and publishing.

Familiarity with tools like Audacity, Adobe Audition, Descript, or similar.

Strong writing skills for show notes, marketing, and social media.

Knowledge of podcast growth strategies and analytics.

Passion for caregiving, health, and wellness topics is a plus!
