Job description

This is a remote position.

Job Highlights:
  • Contract type: Independent Contractor
  • Work Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday (or Thursday) 8am -1pm EST; 20 hrs a week
  • with potential to transition to full-time

  • Financial record-keeping and reporting

Responsibilities:
  • Record daily financial transactions accurately
  • Generate, send, and follow up on invoices
  • Reconcile financial disparities by collecting and analyzing account information
  • Run financial reports as needed
  • Process POS (Point of Sale) transactions
  • Manage and organize financial documentation

Requirements
  • 2-3 years of bookkeeping experience
  • Experience with financial reporting
  • Ability to work remotely with proper equipment (computer with preferably two monitors)
  • Availability to work 20 hours per week on US time zone hours
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
