Job description

The Compliance Internship is an incredible opportunity to put your skills to the test and apply your knowledge in a real-life business environment.

At VSP Vision, we're on a mission to help people see every possibility—and we do that through our strategic business pillars that work together to connect nearly 90 million patients and their health data to network doctors in a variety of settings across the globe. You'll join the Compliance team responsible for compliance activities such as internal auditing, monitoring, and regulatory analysis.

As the Compliance Intern, you'll have the unique opportunity to partner with Compliance experts and support a dynamic team across its primary functions. You’ll have the unique chance to gain a broad range of experience in the many elements that contribute to the daily operations of a multi-faceted enterprise and develop critical business competencies through various tasks. During this internship, you may assist with the following duties:

Auditing and testing to ensure alignment to proscribed regulatory requirements within the project parameters

Research and examine laws, regulations, and industry standards as it relates to the assigned project both federally and as per individual states

Analyze data and information to identify potential compliance issues or risks

Assist with the compilation of reports and documentation

Fulfill other tasks as assigned by supervisors.

Compensation range for the role is listed below. Applicable salary ranges may differ across markets. Actual pay will be determined based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.

Salary Ranges: $20.00 - $26.50
