Job Title: Head of Product - Identity Resolution & Deliverability

Role Overview:
As Head of Product, you’ll own and operationalize the product strategy, translating insights from executive leadership and customer feedback into a high-performing product roadmap. You will lead cross-functional collaboration across engineering, marketing, and customer success to advance identity resolution, email deliverability, and segmentation features. You’ll also enhance the platform’s core asset: its best-in-class Identity Graph.
Responsibilities:
1. Product Strategy & Roadmap Execution
Codify product strategy in partnership with CTO, COO, and CEO.
Maintain a data-driven roadmap balancing customer needs, tech feasibility, and business goals.
Define OKRs and track product success across lifecycle stages.
2. Identity Graph Development
Lead enhancements of graph accuracy, data coverage, and clustering methods.
Partner with Data Science teams on enrichment models.
Secure third-party data integrations and ensure GDPR/CCPA compliance.
3. Customer-Centric Product Development
Gather, analyze, and act on qualitative and quantitative customer feedback.
Drive feature adoption, retention, and satisfaction (e.g., NPS, churn metrics).
Act as the voice of the customer for internal stakeholders.
4. Email Deliverability & Campaign Optimization
Maximize client inbox placement rates, and reduce spam complaints.
Guide improvements in sender reputation and domain management.
Develop AI-powered strategies for segmentation and ROAS improvement.
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration
Align engineering, sales, marketing, and customer success on delivery plans.
Ensure smooth execution from discovery through launch.
Support go-to-market initiatives and strategic partnerships.
6. Privacy Compliance & Risk Mitigation
Partner with Legal to ensure all roadmap items remain compliant with evolving regulations.
Anticipate changes in digital privacy and proactively adjust product roadmap.
7+ years in Product Management in adtech or martech, with 3+ years in a leadership role.
Bachelor’s degree.
Demonstrated ability to define and execute a strategic roadmap.
5-7 years experience working with CTO, COO, CEO, and internal teams to codify and document product strategy.
Experience in identity resolution, audience segmentation, or email deliverability.
Strong command of product analytics, feedback loops, and user adoption.
Proven cross-functional leadership with Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and CX.
ESPs & deliverability tools: Klaviyo, Mailgun, SendGrid.
AI/ML segmentation, Neo4j, Kafka, BigQuery or GCP.
CRM & Adtech integrations (e.g., Meta, Salesforce, Google Ads).
