The Sustainability Team is responsible for developing and implementing sustainable investing strategy for the Fixed Income. You will be responsible for performing various tasks related to data collection and sustainable investment assessment processes. If you are pursuing a master’s degree in sustainability-related studies and have an interest in driving the sustainability agenda at one of the largest Asset Managers, feel free to apply! Work in a remote working arrangement from elsewhere in Poland. A flexible schedule, adjusted to classes at a university, will be arranged between the intern and the rest of the team.
• Actively contributing to AI-automation of the team processes,
• Running ESG screens of portfolio holdings using both proprietary models and third-party data providers’ platforms (e.g. MSCI, Sustainalytics),
• Performing ad-hoc quantitative research on sustainability-linked topics (including review of existing articles, reports etc., data synthesis and presentation of findings to other Team members),
• Providing Fixed Income Sustainability Team members with administrative support, such as clerical tasks, drafting documents, arranging appointments, and liaising with other teams,
• Supporting sustainability analysts with other tasks related to daily operations of the team.
• Current student status, pursuing a bachelor or master’s degree in sustainability/finance/science related studies is an advantage (e.g., finance, banking, investment management, economics, law, management, mathematics, physics, etc.),
• Strong interest in sustainable finance and would like to explore a career in this sector,
• Fluent knowledge of English (spoken and written) is a must,
• Ability to actively work with GPTs and create AI assistants to streamline automation of processes is a must,
• Intermediate knowledge of SQL, R or Python is a must,
• Intermediate Excel skills are a must,
• Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for details,
• Very good organizational skills and demonstrated ability to work independently without direct supervision,
• Good communication skills and ability to effectively tailor communication with a diverse range of business partners located around the globe.
