This role is perfect for individuals who are fluent in Spanish and looking to start their career in a dynamic and supportive environment. You will play a vital role in assisting clients who face vehicle emergencies and require immediate support.

As a Roadside Assistance Coordinator, you will communicate directly with Spanish-speaking clients, ensuring they receive the help they need in a timely and efficient manner. Your friendly and problem-solving attitude will help create positive experiences during challenging situations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in managing roadside assistance requests from Spanish-speaking clients.
  • Quickly assess incoming requests and organize necessary assistance.
  • Maintain effective communication with clients, providing updates and support throughout the process.
  • Collaborate with local service providers to ensure reliable roadside assistance.
  • Document service requests and keep accurate records to analyze performance.
  • Engage in administrative tasks, including reporting and tracking service effectiveness.
  • Participate in training programs to enhance your skills and contribute to team success.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Spanish and good proficiency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
  • Willingness to relocate and work in Greece - remote work only within Greece
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Motivation to contribute positively to team dynamics and customer satisfaction.
