Job Title: Social Media Manager
Location:
Remote (PST Time Zone)
Salary Range:
up to 2000 USD

Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM (PST)

Position Overview:

We are looking for a Social Media Manager to develop and execute compelling social media strategies across multiple brands and locations. The ideal candidate is a creative storyteller with strong strategic, analytical, and engagement skills, helping to grow brand awareness and build an active online community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute social media strategies.
  • Create engaging content (graphics, videos, captions).
  • Collaborate on promotions and brand campaigns.
  • Engage with followers and build an online community.
  • Track and analyze performance metrics.
  • Partner with influencers and local communities.
  • Stay updated on trends, including paid ads and SEO.


Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of social media management experience, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Proven experience in building online communities and driving brand engagement.
  • Proficiency in social media analytics, scheduling tools, and paid ad campaigns.
  • Experience in content creation, photography, and video editing.
  • Excellent storytelling, branding, and engagement skills.
  • Strong English communication skills (60-80+ proficiency).
  • Ability to manage multiple brand identities while maintaining consistency and quality.


Nice-to-Haves:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience with influencer marketing.
  • Background in paid social media advertising (Facebook, Google Ads).
