Job Requirements:

  • Social Media Expertise: Minimum 5.5+ years of experience managing social media campaigns, with a strong focus on Facebook, YouTube, and other platforms popular among parents and educators.
  • Graphic Design Skills: Proven expertise in Canva for creating compelling visuals, along with knowledge of basic graphic design principles to enhance the quality of social media content. 
  • Video Editing Proficiency: Demonstrated ability to produce and edit professional-quality videos for platforms like YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram. 
  • Email Marketing Experience: Hands-on experience using Klaviyo to create and manage email campaigns, ensuring consistent and engaging communication with clients. 
  • Customer Service Focus: Strong communication skills and a client-first approach to building relationships through timely and professional responses on social media channels.
  • Bilingual Advantage: Proficiency in Spanish is a plus but not required, with an understanding of how to create content that appeals to diverse audiences. 
  • Content Approval: All social media posts and campaigns must receive prior approval before being published to ensure alignment with brand standards and messaging.

Core responsibilities:

  • Social Media Campaign Execution: Craft, schedule, and execute monthly campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube to promote educational materials, new programs, training opportunities, and products tailored for children aged 3-5. 
  • Audience Engagement: Create engaging posts and videos that resonate with current and potential clients, focusing on connecting with the audience by showcasing regular activities, updates, and educational initiatives. 
  • Content Creation and Graphic Design: Design visually appealing graphics and video content using Canva, ensuring alignment with the brand's voice and message, while enhancing engagement across all platforms. 
  • Video Production and Editing: Produce, edit, and optimize short and long-form video content for platforms like YouTube and TikTok, effectively highlighting programs and services.
  • Email Marketing via Klaviyo: Regularly create and send email campaigns to the subscriber base, keeping clients informed about new offerings, events, and monthly promotions. 
  • Customer Service Support: Monitor and respond to client inquiries and comments on social media platforms, maintaining excellent customer service and fostering a strong online community.
