Job Requirements:

  • Min 2.5 years proven experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably handling inbound inquiries. 
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly. 
  • Demonstrated ability to manage sales pipelines and close deals effectively. 
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite or similar tools.

Core responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly and professionally to inbound calls, emails, and online submissions.
  • Address customer inquiries, providing detailed information about products or services.
  • Identify customer needs and determine appropriate solutions. 
  • Conduct the sales process from initial contact to finalization with a focus on closing deals. 
  • Qualify leads, gathering relevant information to understand customer requirements. 
  • Present product or service solutions tailored to customer needs and objectives. 
  • Dispatch qualified leads to senior members of the clients customer engagement team when required. 
  • Ensure a seamless handover by providing complete and accurate lead information. 
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of interactions and sales activities in CRM tools.
