Key Facts: SAP QM Lead, S/4HANA, Leader, Zürich, remote/home office.

Main tasks:

Implementation and Support: Lead the implementation, development, and support activities for the SAP QM module.

Requirement Analysis: Gather, analyze, and document business requirements in detail.

Conflict Avoidance: Ensure alignment with the ongoing S/4HANA project design and rollout plans.

Solution Development: Translate business requirements into actionable solutions and configure the system accordingly.

Functional Improvements: Drive the implementation of new functionalities and optimize existing processes.

Testing and User Coordination: Plan and execute testing phases, and coordinate with end users for User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

Training and Documentation: Develop training materials and e-learning tools, staying up to date with industry best practices to ensure excellence in execution.

Your qualifications:

A diploma or bachelors degree in engineering, business administration, or a related field.

Several years of hands-on experience with the SAP QM module, including end-to-end implementation, rollouts, and/or support.

Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA is an advantage.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate complex issues effectively.

Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills to convey technical and non-technical information.

Experience working in a fast-paced, agile environment and collaborating across all organizational levels.

Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate with external vendors and service providers.
