Broker Manager, West Region

Location: US Remote (preferred West Coast or Central Time Zones)

About the Job

The Broker Manager leads a broker team responsible for direct headquarter selling to West Grocery & Wholesale accounts. They drive sales growth by developing and executing strategic plans, fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders, and ensuring alignment with company objectives.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for West Grocery & Wholesale Accounts
  • Delivers assigned sales targets and manages Opella's CHC US Retail Operations plans, gaining alignment from sales teams and third-party brokers.
  • Manages broker relationships, ensuring effective sales management of our products to final customers
  • Oversees goal setting and tracking of broker performance, ensuring consistent goal attainment.
  • Supports strategy development and coordination of activities to meet business objectives, collaborating closely with Opella Sales Teams.
  • Leads sales information content development and fosters collaboration between Opella and Brokers.
  • Ensures broker compliance with established contracts and sells inventory to authorized retailers to prevent parallel trade or price discrepancies.
  • Leads contract negotiations with key retailers to drive responsible sales growth.
  • Performs other assigned duties.

About You

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university.
  • 5 – 7 years of progressive experience in the Consumer Product or Broker environment.
  • Account management experience with Wholesale & West USA Grocery accounts strongly preferred
  • Experience leveraging and leading customer teams and collaborating with cross functional resources.
  • Proven ability to lead and prioritize business objectives.
  • Ability to influence internal and external senior leadership.
  • Tight management of budget and forecast.
  • Transformational relationship management.
