The Accounts Consultant – Sales Delivery is a 180° candidate delivery focused role, working closely with key stakeholders to deliver the best candidates for their talent needs. Accounts Consultants are primarily responsible for recruiting candidates in Financial Services, Technology and Life Sciences markets filling middle and senior level vacancies, as well as some account management for our higher volume clients.

We are looking to hire for 1 person for this role to work US EST Hours, 7 hours behind South Africa Standard Time.

Kindly note: This role leans strongly towards recruiting in the financial services industry.

You will be responsible for:
  • Creating and maintaining a network of qualified candidates in our markets, becoming an expert matching relevant candidates to active opportunities.
  • Proactively source candidates by utilizing job adverts, LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, and head hunting.
  • Manage the recruitment process with the candidates in your pipeline while delivering an efficient and productive interview process from the first screen to post-placement.
  • Work with senior team members to fully understand our major clients across Financial Services, Technology, and Life Sciences hiring objectives and requirements.
  • Research and present market intelligence trends on our markets.

Requirements

Our ideal candidate has:

  • A Background in recruitment, ideally in Financial Services or Life Sciences
  • At least 5 years of work experience
  • A Background in sales is a plus
  • Extremely ambitious
