Position Overview:

We are seeking a driven, entrepreneurial B2B Sales Representative to join our growing team. This individual will be responsible for building relationships, generating leads, and closing new business partnerships with organizations in our target verticals.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a startup environment, can work independently, and is passionate about transforming the caregiving industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute outbound sales strategies to engage prospective partners including:
    • Senior living communities
    • Specialty clinics & healthcare practices
    • Corporate Employers & HR departments
    • PEOs and benefits platforms
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close
  • Conduct product demos and presentations to prospective clients
  • Build and maintain a pipeline using CRM tools and sales intelligence
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer service teams to ensure a seamless client experience
  • Provide feedback on market trends, client needs, and product opportunities

Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in healthcare, senior services, or tech-enabled platforms
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals in a remote, independent role
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Comfortable selling in a consultative manner to various decision-makers (owners, directors, HR teams)
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to work autonomously
  • Experience working in a startup or early-stage growth company is highly preferred
  • Preferred Based in Texas or willing to travel regionally within the state
