ManpowerGroup Greece, on behalf of its client, a multinational company, best known for its work in Power, Renewable Energy, Aviation and Healthcare industries, is seeking to recruit a Project Management Support Engineer.

📌Location of Company: Marousi
📍 Working Model: Fully Remote
📅 Working Days & Hours: Monday – Friday, Office hours
💼 Contract: Annual, with renewal prospects
🖋️You will be reporting to: Operations Director

What you will do:

  • Project Tasks: Manages tasks assigned by the Project Managers of the projects according to the QCD (Quality, Cost, Delivery) targets set
  • Project Reviews: Takes part during the project reviews and gives the input needed by the project team (as may be required by the PMs) for the preparation of the reviews
  • Document Management: Is in charge of the follow-up and the maintenance of the projects’ documentation management register and alerts the team for any critical pending issues
  • Time Management: Assists the planner (as may be required by the PMs) in the update of the time schedule according to the information received by the team
  • Workload Planning Process: Responsible for the set-up of the respective tool and the follow-up/update of the unit’s workload planning
  • Site Reporting: In charge of site reporting archiving (including EHS reporting) and follow up of critical issues
  • Performs any other duty/competence that can arise from the Organization and the Internal Regulations of the Company

What we are looking for:

  • At least 6 months experience in Project Management, Site Management or generally in the Energy Sector
  • University Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
  • Fluency in Greek and English
  • Computer Literacy
  • Accountability
  • Sense of urgency
  • Communication with Transparency
  • Teamwork
