Job description

This is a remote position.

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Full-Time HR Recruiter to join our dynamic team remotely.

This entry-level position is ideal for individuals with 0-2 years of experience in recruitment or human resources.

The HR Recruiter will play a key role in sourcing, screening, and coordinating the hiring process for various positions within the organization.

Responsibilities
  • Source candidates through various platforms such as job boards, social media, and networking events.
  • Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
  • Conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the role.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Assist in the development of job descriptions and job postings.
  • Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure accurate records of candidates.
  • Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Collaborate with team members to refine recruitment strategies and improve hiring processes.

Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and techniques.
  • Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to build relationships and engage with candidates effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Basic knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and their use in recruitment.
