Job description

This is a remote position.

Job Highlights: 

Contract: Independent Contractor
Schedule: Monday to Friday 40 hours a week flexible start between 8 AM and 11 AM Victoria Time.


About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Compliance and Administration Coordinator to join our team. This role is pivotal in ensuring worker compliance, managing administrative tasks, and coordinating essential appointments and bookings. The ideal candidate will be proactive, efficient, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Complete online safety inductions for new and existing employees.

  • Manage and monitor worker compliance, ensuring all required documentation and certifications are up to date.

  • Organize and schedule medical appointments for workers as required.

  • Arrange and coordinate training appointments, ensuring employees meet required industry standards.

  • Book accommodation for workers as needed, ensuring seamless travel arrangements.

  • Handle general administrative duties, including data entry, document management, and correspondence.

  • Maintain compliance records and databases, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.

  • Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth operations.

  • Assist in developing and implementing compliance policies and procedures.


Requirements
  • Previous experience in administration, compliance coordination, or a related role.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in managing compliance documentation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other relevant software.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges.
  • Familiarity with compliance regulations and industry-specific requirements is an advantage
