This is a remote position.

Schedule:

  • 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday from 10am to 2pm California time


Become an integral part of an established e-learning business as an Admin Assistant with paralegal expertise. In this role, you'll help protect valuable intellectual property while ensuring organizational efficiency. Your legal background will be crucial in safeguarding educational content that includes premium financial models. This position offers the perfect blend of administrative organization and specialized legal work, allowing you to utilize your diverse skill set while supporting the growth of an educational platform.

Scope:

  • Direct reporting to the business owner

  • Working with intellectual property protection for e-learning materials

  • Supporting content development with legal oversight

Responsibilities:

  • Create and review legal disclaimers to protect intellectual property

  • Organize files and documents to improve business efficiency

  • Assist with research for articles and LinkedIn content

  • Help with administrative tasks to support the business owner

  • Review and improve existing legal language in course materials
