In this remote opportunity, we are seeking a detail-oriented AU Para-planner Assistant (Xplan) to support our financial advisors with administrative and compliance-related tasks. This role involves maintaining accurate client records, preparing key documents, and ensuring efficient workflow management.


Job Description

As an AU Para-planner Assistant (Eastwood, QC - Onsite), you will be responsible for the following key tasks:
  • Create and maintain review files for financial planning clients.
  • Update client information in Xplan and ensure data accuracy.
  • Prepare and raise Fixed Term Agreements and ROA MDA documents.
  • Transcribe file notes and maintain organized records.
  • Assist with general administrative tasks and ad hoc duties as required.

Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in financial planning administration, para-planner or similar roles.
  • Experience working for an Australian Client/Business is required.
  • Experience in financial planning administration or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Xplan or similar financial planning software.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and time management abilities.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
